Perry Slingsby SystemsPerry Slingsby Systems has delivered the first of 4 Triton® XLS Advanced Workclass ROV systems to Geoconsult AS

Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS), an international provider of remote intervention technologies and equipment systems, is pleased to announce that Triton® XLS11 has completed Factory acceptance testing. Triton® XLS11 is the first of 4 systems scheduled for delivery in 2006 and will be permanently installed on the vessel Geoholm in March 2006.

Martin Anderson, Managing Director and CEO, Perry Slingsby Systems, commented ”We are very
pleased to have delivered Triton® XLS11, and in fact we were able to complete the project 3
weeks ahead of schedule, there by allowing the customer to sea freight the system instead of
having to utilize expensive air freight. This contract builds on a strong and continued relationship between the two companies and further reinforces Perry Slingsby Systems’ position as the world’s leading independent supplier of Advanced Workclass ROVs.”
