First Centurion QX ROV delivered to Subsea 7The first new generation Centurion QX has been delivered to Subsea 7 iTech following successful FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at SMDH premises in Newcastle. The river Tyne was used to simulate real world open water which came complete with strong current allowing the vehicle to demonstrate powerful current holding ability.

Even though this was the ROV's first wet test, all systems worked as they should with no problems at all. A real tribute to the Q-Series components used and the engineers responsible for the system.
