Nantional Marine Aquarium Buys Two AC-ROV’S

AC-CESS Remotely Operated Vision and SenseVisitors to the newly extended National Marine Aquarium (NMA - Plymouth, Great Britain) now have the exciting opportunity to take part in micro ROV battles, competitions and races in a custom built tank arena complete with paying spectators.

Mini Sub Mission

AC-CESS have supplied two AC-ROV micro submersibles, with two function manipulators, rear view cameras and custom built control consuls.  Visitors will be able to choose from either of the two AC-ROV’s, or one Video Ray or one Seabotix LBV vehicles – let battle commence.

The NMA is the UK’s first aquarium to be set up solely for the purpose of education, conservation and research. It remains Britain's foremost aquarium and in the six years it has been open it has attracted over two million visitors through its doors and thousands of enquiries by letter, telephone, fax and email.
