AC-CESS AC-ROV Delivered To Korean Atomic Energy Research Institute

AC-CESS Remotley Operated Vision and SenseUK based micro ROV manufacturer AC-CESS reports the delivery of one it’s market leading AC-ROV vehicles to the Korean Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). 

Based in Taejon, KAERI representatives identified the AC-ROV as the most suitable micro submersible following analysis of the ROV market.  The AC-ROV was optioned with a two function manipulator, depth sensor, rear camera system and extensive spares.

Mr Jisup Yoon, Director of the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Remote Technology Laboratory, explained the mobility, 2 function manipulator and single operator benefit of the AC-ROV where deciding factors in the purchasing decision.  

Bought for the inspection of research reactor pools and cooling water pools the sale represents the AC-ROV’s continued penetration of diverse and demanding markets.
