I,ve been a member of 3 uni0ns in the past & each of them has negotiated pay & conditions away, lined their own pockets & snuggled up to management in one form or another .
Just check out the cars , salaries & expenses the guys running the uni0ns get.
I,ve seen many a time Uni0n officials transfer over from uni0ns to Staff jobs with the companies , normally to personel managers positions . Turncoats .
Uni0ns you can stick um & when the downcome comes I WONT BE OUTTA WORK ! Even if I were a member of a uni0n what could they do about it .
As for pensions , big deal , get a private one . The money we earn ( 6 figure sums ) we can afford it .
I have not been a member of the uni0n spouted in here oilc , so cant comment on them . Join if you want , dont if you want . Me NO THANKS !
All unions are interested is swelling their numbers & cashing in the dues
