I agree with a lot of what Jim is saying, as well as Spear, IF you are going to go out as an agency "trainee" then fair play to you, sometimes it works ie Jim, sometimes not ie, the 3 numpties we had to work with in India last trip 😈 😯 😆
A lot of the problems seem to be down to the office guys accepting a trainee from an agency just to get an arse on a seat, and that is bad for both the company and the poor B,stard that takes the "opportunity"
However that guy who started this wants to know about; I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I HAVE AN OPPRTUNITY TO BE HIRED AT SONSUB SINGAPORE IF I AM GOING TO APPLY THERE AFTER MY TRAINING PERIOD HERE AT THE CABLE SHIP????
Mate, there is always an opportunity, it is up to you to take it, but laying out your plans for either working for Sonsub or world domination is not such a good idea when the world can see what you are up to, di ba??? 😯
