The problem in Australia is that most of the industrial doctors listed will only do a medical that is specified by the company you work for. This is OK for locally employed mine workers but not much use for us internationally mobile workers who need widely recognised certs.
A couple of years ago I did an internet search and made a lot of telephone enquiries, which took up about a week of my time. Coogan's enquiry is a good one as the information is not easy to find.
If you want an internationally recognised medical certificate then it becomes hard to find somebody. To my knowledge there are no doctors in Australia that are authourised to do Norwegian medicals.
The only UKOOA authorised clinic I could find at the time was Westport Occupational Health Service at 18 Pakenham Street Fremantle. Tel. +61 (0)8 9430 5282.

Max Bowater can do, and is authorised to do, UKOOA and Norwegian medicals in Perth. I did my UKOOA and Norway medical there in Jan 06 and I have used both in the North Sea since.
On the Norway side, make sure you get the Petroleum Sector medical and not the ships crew certificate - he has both.

Gemini medical are also known as Delta health. I had a UKOOA medical in Rockingham with Dr Lacey. They charged $180 .I had phoned around -it was the cheapest of the Perth area doctors. That was 6 months ago.

The list of above of UKOOA resgitered doctors in Australia came directly from UKOOA's website. http://www.ukooa.co.uk/issues/health/doctors.cfm then you By search : enter your country or you can use the By town : section.
All you have to do then is pick a doctor to visit.
The UKOOA website list isn't as up to date as we might like.
There are dozens of places in Perth (nowhere else in Oz that I can find).
The cheapest place I've found in Perth is the Travel Doctor, High Street Fremantle.
