Bilge pumps

Hi,

this is my first post, i finnally found the spot to enter, anyway, i am working on building a home built ROV for observation is the lakes around my area,, after reading the info on this site it has me thnking about the future, i have a r/c airplane hobby that sorta got me into this, im open to any tips and ideas for ways to control depth useing bilge pumps as control, any help would be great.

HI,

I was wondering if any one had an idea on how much using bilge pump for dive thruster would have an effect on staying at depth, or where the water line should be when the ROV is on the surface, im building one similar to the photo in the home build album, anyhelp would be great.
