is or are there such conventions or trade shows for ROVs anywhere in the USA anually? I'm wanting to learn and purchase an ROV and I'd like to get some education prior to jumping out there in the blind...thanks,cameron( a greeny)

A couple of ROV manufacturers in the US don't have the bravado dude cuz' they've been WAY too long established and they know how to fabricate a J-box unlike their UK cousins (for example)... but, oh, wait a minute they're workclass systems... sorry

The UK has a good one in London called oceanology- seemed to be far better presented than our local one Offhore Europe. Pretty much something for everyone in terms of software, sensors, umbilicals, winches, hpr, vehicles and lars.
