Hi lads
OK there are various figures been mentioned in this discussion and I assume that a number of you are old hands and are at least supervisor level. As such are looking for at least £500/day.

I've been dayrating for a company for the last 3 years and have experience in survey, constuction, and well intervention. I am a PT1 grade and have XLS and eyeball (Super Mohawk) experience. If I was to go agency what day rate should I be quoting as a starting point.

Everyone here goes on about guys taking low rates and that "someone will do it for X amount" and that "I woundn't get out of bed for that rate" I know everyone negotiates their own rates and deals. But what is the ball park figure we should be starting at?

I know it's wrong to assume various people's experience just from reading their posts on here but my point is I don't want to make an "Ass out of U or Me"

Cheers. Tagan

ROV_HAND,

Ray is right..... why start a new blog. If you look over to the left sidebar, you'll see there's been 29M views of these pages since 2003. The exposure is here in ROV World.
