Your post seems very strange, all things considered. Your Post below shows that you are Chris Barclay, so some wild self promotion firstly, and secondly, after SMD approached me, and subsequent chats with my contact in SMD, it appears you were MR Bluewhale, and now are Mr Pearl River and I was told you were bidding on the said same contract you are talking about, so I ask myself, why are you slagging the contract off, if you are bidding for it and may well need us guys to come over and work on it. Some sort of subterfuge on your part, so if so, then for what purpose??

...its easy to slag off contracts, you have little chance of winning. I would imagine anyone associated with Bluewhale is in for a rough ride in China

1. I am Chris Barclay.
2. I was never Mr Bluewhale, that was and still is Luan Gang.
3. I am out plenty of money on the demise of Bluewhale. BUT NO ONE ELSE IS.
4. I am Mr Pearl River Offshore (or more accurately one of them).
5. Pearl River Offshore is not bidding to COOEC for the supply of the ROV personnel because COOEC have not responded to our request for increase in man power.
AND: if you are willing to use my name then please provide yours.
