Its OK I have already deleted 2 or 3 copies of the same message.

McK, I suggest you read through this site first and ask questions after, as this subject has been mentioned several times in the past.

I am so glad that governments have not taxed laughing yet otherwise I would be getting a rather large bill - like maddog I found this hilarious and could not stop sniggering (can I use that word still?).
