Job News: Subsea Giant Creating 100 Jobs North Of The Border

The world's largest subsea engineering, procurement and construction company is creating 100 jobs in Scotland.
FMC Technologies is expanding its manufacturing plant at Dunfermline and offices in Aberdeen.
The US-based business, whose European head office is in Norway, has 25 staff in Aberdeen and 400 at Dunfermline.
No breakdown on how many of the new posts will come to the Granite City was available yesterday.
In Aberdeen, FMC has more than 5,000sq ft of offices in Riverside Drive.
Brian McBride, regional sales manager, said: "With our share of the market forecast to continue to rise, we are now firmly established as the world leader in subsea systems.
"This investment in Scotland demonstrates our commitment to the long-term sustainability of the UK continental shelf.
"Oil production from subsea wells is increasing rapidly, particularly in the North Sea where we are experiencing significant growth."
