EXHIBITION NEWS

NETmc Marine NETmc Marine is exhibiting at the local Subsea UK exhibition at the AECC on the 6th and 7th of February.

On display will be our HD DVR Inspector, a range of our pelicase DVRs and diver systems; our X-Ops pipeline DVR integrated with EIVA NaviModel and our NEW HiDef video camera DVCi.

We have two versions of the DVCi camera one is a standard HD SDI version which can be used with our standard HD DVR Inspector recorder, the other is an “Over Ethernet” version that is supplied with it’s own dedicated topside unit for managing video files generated by the camera.

The Over Ethernet version has the benefit of NOT requiring expensive infrastuctre changes to the ROV umbilical and interconnect cabling; it can work over a reasonable twisted pair, thus older vehicles that have not been upgraded, or smaller vehicles that only have copper in the umbilical can now have an HD camera connected to them.

Also on the stand will be a demonstration of our VideoSEE video streaming access service. The Video SEE service is aimed at any company that has a requirement to remotely view live video feeds from a vessel or an offshore installation. With minimal vessel setup required, and using the clients own internet connection, Video SEE enables several viewers to log onto a web page and view the video stream. Using the Video SEE multi-view facility, more than one video feed can be viewed, even video from more than one vessel can be viewed at the same time on the same screen, the viewer can then select one of the views for enlarging should the wish.

Video SEE can be viewed on any device that is internet enabled for video, so view it at your desk on your PC or whilst on the move on your laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Video SEE allows you to monitor critical situations from almost anywhere with internet accessibility ensuring information is shared with the right people enabling decisions to be made in a timely fashion.

Video SEE has applications in ROV intervention; Diver support; multi-vessel operations co-ordination; analysis of critical situations and many more. With easy access to video, critical situations can be assessed faster and decisions made that could prevent loss of life, loss of down time or lack of preventative action.

Video SEE is a rental service provided by NETmc Marine and can be hired for short and long term periods.

We look forward to seeing you at the show and demonstrating our new products and service to you.
