On 2nd August 2010 Triton Group, the parent company of VisualSoft Ltd., merged with four other entities to create Forum Energy Technologies with the vision of building the leading provider for mission critical oilfield products and related services. As part our commitment to this vision, Forum Energy Technologies will be rationalising a number of the UK legal entities (DPS Offshore, UKPS and VisualSoft) under the umbrella of Forum Energy Technologies (UK) Limited. This will come into effect on the 1st of October 2010.
This means that as of the 1st of October the legal entity of VisualSoft Limited has changed to Forum Energy Technologies (UK) Limited trading as VisualSoft.
Forum Energy Technologies believe our brands and customer relationship are vitally important to us and we are passionate about maintaining and promoting this going forward. As a valued customer we believe you will see only a positive effect on the market leading service you enjoy today.
Any formal trading with VisualSoft Ltd from 1st October 2010 onwards should be in the name of Forum Energy Technologies (UK) Limited, purchase orders placed and purchase invoices submitted should be in the name of VisualSoft only (not Limited). You will note that all communications from VisualSoft will be under the VisualSoft brand or in the name of Forum Energy Technologies (UK) Limited trading as VisualSoft.
This does not mean any change to our procurement and finance procedures; it is only the legal entity name that has changed.
All bank account details will remain unchanged.
