Adding a much larger and more capable vessel to our fleet allows us to take the next step and offer our services as a primary contractor in the Asia Pacific market. We also see many opportunities to partner on installation contracts with the larger multinational contractors in the region. Our customers are very excited about the prospect of TSMarine deploying a ship of this capability in the Region on a long term basis. They are more familiar with the traditional approach of contractors undertaking their projects on a campaign basis with vessels deployed temporarily from other regions relocated at the completion of the works."

With the recent signing of a long term charter for the DP2 construction vessel Havila Phoenix this brings the TSMarine fleet to 4 ships with three, the 104, the Havila Harmony and the Rem Etive assigned to the Asia Pacific region and the Phoenix scheduled for Europe West Africa in well intervention activity.

Haico Halbesma CEO of Oceanteam ASA, joint owner of the vessel together with its partner Bourbon Offshore Norway AS, stated that the charter with TSMarine confirms its belief that the innovative North Ocean 100's design is the vessel of choice for top end subsea services which TSMarine provides. Through this charter TS Marine has also gained access to the range of support services, engineering and vessels both Bourbon and Oceanteam deliver on a worldwide basis which will support this contract as well.
