Subsea Uk, the group formed to harness and promote the vast subsea experience in the country, has finalised the programme for its first innovation and technology seminar.
SubTech, being held in London on December 16, is sponsored by UWG Group and supported by the Society for Underwater Technology.

Event chairman David Brookes, director of BP's deepwater tieback technology programme, will kick off with an overview of the global potential of the UK subsea industry.
He will be followed by David Pridden, chief executive of Subsea UK, who will outline the vision for the organisation.
Simon Toole, director of licensing, exploration and development at the Department of Trade and Industry, will provide an overview of the sector within the wider UK continental shelf oil and gas context.
Jonathan Williams, managing director of Marine South East, will describe this local initiative and how it is working with organisations to gain a foothold in the renewable-energy sector.
