Coabis 10.2 releasedCoabis 10.2 has been released. This is a free upgrade to all users with current software maintenance agreements.

The new version of Coabis contains many new features, including:

Task Tree - Data prompts can now have up to 20 characters, instead of 11.

Anomaly Limits Listing added - This lists anomaly limits for the currently-Set installation, and selected tasks and component types.

Substructures - Any deviation in wall thickness for lines with no corrosion allowance results in the inspection intervals within Coabis being calculated to be zero. A function has been added into Coabis based on B31.3 using the required thickness rather than spec wall thickness. This will only be used for piping and will include carbon steel lines which have exceeded their spec wall thickness loss. Done.

Component Details - Component description is now 60 characters in length.

Master Anomalies - Review tab added to record anomaly reviews, separate to Actions.

Substructures - Safety critical element checkbox added to identify substructures which are SCEs.

Documents - Linked documents are no longer categorised as Reference 1, Reference 2 and Other Linked Documents. Reference 1 and 2 have been replaced with primary and Secondary document checks in Other Linked Documents.

Anomaly Archive - New report added listing previously-reported anomalies on components in a new workpack, without having to select substructure and component.

Workpack Generation - User can now select specific components on multiple substructures once they have filtered on substructure.

Workpack Special Instructions - New report added which prints special instructions from workpacks.

Pipe Corrosion Summary - Report re-written to provide significantly more information.

Site Anomalies - Review tab added to record anomaly reviews, separate to anomaly Summary and Actions.

Make Work Plan - Additional filter of Documents added, allowing work plans for components on selected drawings to be created.

Reports - WT Graph Report added, plotting wall thickness results, alarm levels and best-fit line using sum of least squares.

Plus much more.
