RBG launches subsea recruitment websiteRBG Limited ("RBG"), the life-of-field integrated services contractor to the international oil, gas and petrochemicals industry, has launched a new recruitment website dedicated to the fast-growing subsea sector of the oil & gas industry.

RBG's Energy Resources division provides recruitment solutions for a variety of clients and believes there is a strong market opportunity within this dynamic market sector. http://www.subseacareers.com is uniquely dedicated to subsea vacancies and is an innovative new venture for RBG, which is best known for its integrated engineering support and maintenance services. The site features a wide range of permanent and contract vacancies for major players in the subsea market, including engineering, construction, marine, project management and support roles.

The site went live on Monday 27 August and is fully supported by a multimedia advertising and public relations campaign, which features an eye-catching graphic design (as shown above). The campaign includes a 2 week slot on Northsound Radio, press adverts in Energy International magazine and a billboard at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre during Offshore Europe.

RBG's Director of Energy Services, Willie Rennie, said: "By launching Subseacareers.com, we are responding to feedback from the market. The initial reaction has been excellent and we already have a number of key clients supporting the initiative."

In addition to its activities in the subsea sector, RBG has a growing recruitment business in Drilling, Technical and Engineering, Construction and Well Services personnel and is in the process of further expanding its capability in these areas.
