Langeled Award for Subsea 7

Global underwater contractor Subsea 7 today announced a contract award from Statoil on behalf of the Langeled Group with Norsk Hydro as operator, for tie-in of the Langeled pipeline to subsea valves and structures.  The contract, which was awarded to The Stolt Subsea 7 Joint venture, is valued in the region of $60 million.

West Of Sheltand Award For Subsea 7

International underwater contractor, Subsea 7 today announced a contract award from BP for work associated with the Schiehallion Infill and Foinaven Water Injection pipelay projects, off the West of Shetland.  Contract value is placed in the region of $12M.

Contract will begin immediately and is scheduled to be complete by 3rd quarter of 2005.

Water depths for the project range from 395 to 455 metres and the scope of work for Schiehallion and Foinaven includes the engineering, procurement, transportation, installation and testing of both a 10” NB production pipeline and a 10” NB water injection pipeline, respectively.

University of Hawaii orders REMUS system

(January 5, 2005 – Pocasset, MA) Hydroid Inc. announced today that it has recently received an order from the University of Hawaii for a REMUS AUV system. Hydroid is presently fabricating the system and plans on shipping in early 2005.

Subsea 7 ROVs head for East Timor tour

ConocoPhillips and floating production outfit MODEC awarded Subsea 7's Integrated Remote Technologies division a number of work orders for the ROVSV DSND Surveyor in East Timor's Zone of Co-operation. MODEC asked for detailed inspections of flexible risers and mooring chains by remotely operated vehicle for the Floating Turret Buoy at the Elang field in Area A of the Zone of Co-operation.

Subsea 7 commences BP-work

Subsea 7 says it commences the first work to be performed under the US $2 million ROV services contract it was awarded by BP in October.  This work will run for 12 months starting early next year.

Subsea 7 Secures IRM Work in Indonesia for BP

International underwater contractor, Subsea 7 has been awarded a series of contracts by Stolt Offshore subsidiary PT Komaritim (PTK), in support of its recently acquired subsea operations services contract for BP West Java Ltd. The two year contract, with a further one year option, is worth in excess of US$24 million and will be performed by Subsea 7’s Integrated Remote Technologies division.

Significant Dutch Sector Award for Subsea 7

Global underwater contractor, Subsea 7, today announced an award from Total E&P Nederland B.V in the Dutch sector of the North Sea for work associated on subsea field development, L4G in block L4a, about 100km north-west of Den Helder. Contract value is in the region of $45M.

Global underwater contractor, Subsea 7, today announced an award from Statoil for subsea construction work in connection with the completion of the Visund Gas Export System in the North Sea.

Subsea 7 has today announced a contract award valued in the region of US $29M by BP Exploration Operating Company Ltd for work in the Farragon field which is located in the North Sea UK Continental Shelf. An important aspect of this award is the unique bundle pipeline solution proposed by Subsea 7.
