VideoRay underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) robots dominate the United Kingdom first responder scene, and are increasingly used to keep divers safe whilst responding rapidly to underwater emergencies.

Underwater specialists turn to VideoRay ROV technology for its small size, easy deployment, strong thrusters, and, most importantly, its reliability. Examples of VideoRay usage from the south are the Hampshire Police in Southhampton, in the center of the country the BBC story focused on the North West Dive unit in Cheshire, and in Scotland Grampian police have led the way in deploying underwater technology for several years.
