Mako Deepwater becomes Seanic Ocean SystemsBuilding on the success and continued growth of their new product lines in Subsea Tooling, Deck Equipment and Handling Systems, Mako DeepWater is becoming Seanic Ocean Systems.



"We wanted to send a message to the market that we're not just a Subsea Tooling business any longer," stated Tom Ayars, President of Seanic, "With the introduction of our new Deck Equipment and Handling System product lines, we felt now was a good time to re-brand the company."

Seanic will continue to provide simple, rugged and reliable equipment to the industry, whether on the deck, or 3000 meters below the ocean’s surface.

Seanic Ocean Systems is based in Houston, Texas and was formed to address the growing demand for simple, rugged and reliable subsea tooling for remote intervention. Our ability to provide "Innovative Solutions to Remote Problems" comes from our employees' years of experience in the subsea industry. Along with engineered solutions, Seanic also offers experience in the design, manufacture and repair of deck equipment such as A Frames, LARS, heave compensation, specialty winches along with standard product line ROV tooling such as torque tools, FLOT's, standard and zero leak hot stabs, manifolds, buckets and ROV interface panels just to name a few. Seanic's 10,000 SF facility is ideally suited to provide an effective teambased environment for meeting customer's needs.
