Salinity probe integrated on Observer ROVOn behalf of Nymphéa, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group, which specializes in research and exploitation of submarine freshwater sources , Subsea Tech has integrated a sensor for measuring salinity / conductivity on the ROV Observer 3.1.

The probe, built by Neotek was marinised for operations up to 150 m depth and the values of salinity or conductivity are displayed directly on the video screen of the console, overlaid on the camera image (same as for pressure and temperature indications).
