SMD have been awarded a contract from Petroleum Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) of Vietnam for the supply of a 2,000m rated Quasar Compact Workclass ROV. The Quasar Compact is the world's most compact hydraulic Workclass ROV. It offers the sheer strength and flexibility of a hydraulic vehicle in a format no bigger than a large electric vehicle. Complimenting the ROV will be a full tether management system, launch and recovery system, control cabin and workshop. SMD continues to offer the unique one-stop service for a complete installation ensuring the fully integrated system will function seamlessly.
