Submec Offshore has awarded leading supplier of remote intervention technologies and equipment Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS) a contract to supply Triton XLX 33 and 34 ROV systems.
The deal caps a successful month which has seen the Florida - based company land a string of contracts worth in excess of $17 million.
The two 3,000 meter rated systems include the latest in tooling and survey capabilities while featuring the PSS ICE (Integrated Controls Engine) real time control system with state-of-the-art Gb telemetry and graphical diagnostics.
Submec Offshore is a growth company based in Perth, Australia. It specializes in project support, operations and engineering with a focus on the Australia and SE Asia markets. The TXLX systems will be employed on various deepwater construction projects following their delivery in November 2008.
