Veripos extends Australasian & South East Asian GNSS networksVeripos has extended it's coverage in the Australasian region of its global multi-source GNSS precise positioning service with establishment of a new reference station at Dunedin, New Zealand in response to increased development of oil and gas basins in the area. This station supplements a similar land-based reference facility already operational at New Plymouth, New Zealand to offer additional coverage and redundancy to offshore users.

The coverage in South East Asia has also been enhanced with the installation of a new reference station at Manila in the Philippines again to address increased demand for services in the region. This station complements an extensive network in the region including stations in Singapore, Bangkok and multiple stations in Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

Commenting on the latest enhancements to Veripos services, Grant Morton, Veripos Service Delivery Manager, commented "The addition of new stations and recently announced DGLONASS service in India have been introduced to meet specific client demands for the highest possible standards of offshore positional accuracy, reliability and redundancy. Further improvements to the network and new services will be announced in the near future."
