TSMarine bolster plans for continued international growth with Restructure of Senior Management Team and a Clutch of New Appointments.
Offshore support specialist TSMarine (Contracting) Ltd has bolstered its plans for continued international growth with the restructure of its senior management team and a clutch of new appointments.
The appointments include an operations director and manager, as well as a commercial manager.
The company is predicting a turnover of £50million this year and expects to double its workforce of 120 by 2009.
Merv New has been promoted to Operations Director, based in Aberdeen. He will have overall strategic responsibility for company operations and assets within the TSMarine group of companies.
Merv will also support the development and execution of the day to day operations in both operating companies covering the Europe and West Africa region as well as Australasia.
New Commercial Manager Bill Donaldson brings 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific regions, having previously worked with Saipem and Thales.
Bill will oversee specialist sales and contracts personnel, with responsibility for Europe and West Africa.
Tom Leeson has moved into the position of Well Intervention Business Manager, to lead the further development of subsea well intervention and decommissioning work, securing the TSMarine Group's position as a competent rigless intervention contractor with increasing demand for its subsea well intervention, production system installation and subsea decommissioning services.
Graeme Duguid has been appointed Group HSEQ Manager.
He brings to TSMarine 20 years experience in various sectors of the oil and gas industry, including manufacturing, engineering and subsea construction, having previously worked for companies such as Huntings, Oiltools and Canyon Offshore.
Mike Watt is Operations Manager for TSMarine Pty Ltd's Australasia region, with overall responsibility for the projects being undertaken by the company in that region.
TSMarine is also expanding its fleet of subsea decommissioning and rigless intervention vessels over the next three years, which is expected to see earnings rocket to over £100million.
