Triton Imaging® launches version 7.1.5 Software SuiteTriton Imaging, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of Version 7.1.5 of the Triton Software Suite™ New features in this release span the entire Triton product line for sidescan, multibeam, and seismic sonars. A new interface to the Benthos 1625 in this release provides a single program for the concurrent acquisition of sidescan and seismic data. With this introduction, and other combined-system interfaces in development, Triton continues to strengthen its position as the leader in data fusion software. The image below from Triton's SB-Interpreter™ software illustrates the power Triton's fusion tools with the co-registered display of a sidescan mosaic and corresponding seismic profile collected with the 1625.

Version 7.1.5 of the Triton Software Suite™

Also in this release, a completely redesigned targeting module with improved image quality and enhanced ease-of-use that will be of direct benefit to Triton customers working in port security, mine countermeasures, debris surveys, and other search applications. Improved kilometer post logging, addition of automatic depth-controlled recording delay, new swell filtering and bottom tracking algorithms, and the increased convenience of exporting files containing processed navigation expand the feature-set available in Triton's seismic product line. To round out the release, Triton's multibeam acquisition software now includes enhanced imagery in its real-time snippet waterfall displays and improved visual cues in the real-time bathymetric map display.
